When you request help or a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested service and message.

With your analytics choice, we may also collect device and browser information, pages viewed, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID. We do not place form details such as your name, phone number, email address or message into analytics events.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website use and advertising results. Non-essential analytics and advertising storage is controlled by the choice shown in our cookie banner. You can reject non-essential storage and still use the website and submit a form.

We use trusted providers to operate the website and communicate with customers, including Base44 for website hosting and data services, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, and an email delivery provider for confirmation messages. Clicking WhatsApp or Google Maps takes you to those providers and their own privacy terms apply.

Some providers may process information outside South Africa. We require information to be used only for the services they provide and rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Browser-based campaign attribution is automatically treated as expired after 90 days. We securely delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us using the details above.
